Velki Master Agent vs Super Agent পার্থক্য কী
The two terms people mix up most. What each one usually means, why the answer is not fixed, and how to decide which you actually need.

The short answer
Both are senior tiers above an ordinary agent. Which of the two ranks higher, and what each is allowed to do, is decided by whoever runs the network — not by any industry standard. So the honest answer to “which is bigger?” is: it depends on the network, and a label on a web page is not proof of either.
Side by side
| Question | Master agent | Super agent |
|---|---|---|
| Position | Senior tier above ordinary agents | Senior tier in the same structure |
| Usually deals with | The agents directly beneath them | Agents, and sometimes a wider group |
| Why the tier exists | To support a group of agents | Often added as a network outgrows one senior tier |
| Searched in Bengali as | ভেলকি মাস্টার এজেন্ট | ভেলকি সুপার এজেন্ট |
| Fixed meaning? | No. Set by the operator, and it can change. | |
| Proves anything? | No. A tier label is a description, not a credential. | |
Why the distinction is blurrier than people expect
Tiered networks grow in an unplanned way. A structure starts with one senior level, that level becomes overloaded, and a second one is introduced. Whether the new tier is placed above the old one, below it, or beside it covering a different region is a practical decision made at the time — not a naming convention anyone follows across the industry.
This is why you will find confident but contradictory answers online. Someone describing one network accurately will contradict someone describing another network just as accurately. Treat any absolute claim about the hierarchy with mild suspicion, including on pages that sound certain.
Which one do you actually need?
For most questions, neither. Here is a simple way to decide:
| If you want to… | Go to |
|---|---|
| Ask an ordinary question | The service’s own support channel |
| Reach a specific listed contact | The agent list |
| Escalate above an agent you already deal with | That agent’s own upline, confirmed by the service |
| Check whether someone is who they claim | The verification checklist |
| Report a problem with a listing here | The report form |
Notice that the tier label does not appear in any of those answers. That is the point: what matters is whether the person is genuine, not what they are called.
The test that actually works
Forget the title. Ask one question instead: does the service itself confirm this person, through a channel I know is theirs? If yes, the tier is a detail. If no, the tier is irrelevant — however impressive it sounds.
A claimed senior title is a common way to create false authority. “I am a super agent, so you can trust me with this” is a sentence to be more careful around, not less. And no genuine contact at any tier needs your password, your OTP code, your PIN or your card details.
