| Response time | We aim to reply within a few working days. |
Please include
- The agent ID or page your message is about.
- What you expected to see, and what you actually saw.
- The date, if you are describing something that happened.
That is usually enough to resolve a message in one reply instead of three.
Reporting a listing
If something in the directory is wrong, the report form is faster than email — it captures the agent ID and reason in a structured way.
Looking for an agent?
You do not need to contact us first. The directory is public and searchable by ID, name or number.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot confirm that any agent or ID is genuine — only the service itself can.
- We do not process payments, hold funds or arrange anything between you and a third party.
- We cannot recover money or intervene in a dispute.
- We will never ask you for a password, an OTP code, a PIN or card details — and you should never send them to us or anyone else.
