1. Acceptance

By using Velki Agent List Directory you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This is an independent information website. It explains how agent structures are generally organised and publishes a small directory of entries recorded by its publisher. It is not a marketplace, a payment service, an escrow service, an agency or a regulated intermediary. Nothing is sold here, no commission is taken, and we are not a party to anything you arrange with anyone you find through this site.

3. No affiliation

We are not operated by, affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or partnered with Velki or any related company. Velki Agent List Directory is an independent website and does not verify the listings it publishes. Third-party names and marks are the property of their owners and are used here descriptively, to identify the subject matter.

4. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care with what we publish, but we cannot guarantee that every entry is accurate, complete or current at the moment you read it. Contact details change, entries become stale, and we learn of changes only when someone tells us. The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Access may be suspended, withdrawn or changed at any time.

5. Your responsibilities

• Verify independently before you act on any information found here. Our verification checklist explains how.
• Never share passwords, one-time codes, PINs or card details with anyone, on any channel.
• Take your own decisions, and accept responsibility for them.
• Comply with the laws that apply to you where you live. It is your responsibility to know whether the activity you are researching is lawful in your jurisdiction, and this site is intended for adults only.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract listings for spam, marketing lists or resale.
• Use anything published here to send unsolicited messages, harass, threaten or defraud.
• Impersonate this website, its publisher, any listed entry, or any brand.
• Submit knowingly false or malicious reports, or use the report form to abuse the publisher or a third party.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, or interfere with its operation.
• Republish substantial parts of this site in a way that presents it as your own service.

We may remove entries, restrict access or take other reasonable action where these terms are breached.

7. Reports

Reports submitted through the report form are reviewed by a person and used to correct or remove listings. We do not publish reports as accusations, we cannot guarantee a particular outcome or timescale, and we do not act as an arbitrator between you and anyone else.

8. Third-party links and services

Where we link to a service operated by someone else, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, accuracy, security or availability. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your dealings with anyone you find through it, including financial loss, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss. In particular we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any listed party or for the outcome of any transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Intellectual property

The text, design, layout and code of this website belong to its publisher and are protected by applicable law. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Systematic copying, republication or commercial reuse requires written permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
