Admin is a different kind of role
The agent, master agent and super agent tiers all describe positions in a chain of contacts. Admin is usually something else: an administrative function that maintains the structure itself rather than sitting inside it. Where an agent deals with people, an admin typically deals with the system — records, permissions, and the accounts of the tiers below.
That difference matters for a practical reason. An admin contact is generally not the right route for an ordinary question, and a stranger offering you “admin access” or claiming admin powers over your account should raise your guard rather than your confidence.

A warning worth repeating
“I am an admin, send me your details” is a classic approach. A genuine administrator has no reason to ask you for a password, a one-time code, a PIN or card details, and no reason to need remote control of your device. If someone claiming an admin role asks for any of those, end the conversation and check with the service directly.
