What this website collects, what it does not, how the report form is handled, and the choices you have.

In short: this is a static information site. There are no accounts, no logins and no payments. In its default configuration it sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts. The only information you can send us is what you choose to put in the report form or an email.

1. Who we are
This website, Velki Agent List Directory, is published at https://velki9xagentlist.com by Velki 9x Agent List. In this policy “we” means the site publisher and “you” means any visitor.

3. The report form
The report form asks for three things: an agent ID or name, a reason, and optional details. It does not ask for your name, email or phone number, and you do not have to identify yourself to report a listing.
Depending on how the site is deployed, submissions are either handled by the hosting provider’s form service, sent to a form endpoint configured by the publisher, or opened in your own email application for you to send. In the last case nothing reaches us until you press send in your email app.
Please do not put passwords, one-time codes, PINs or card details in the form. We never need them, and we will delete any that arrive.
4. Server logs
Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard request logs. These typically record an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, the referring page and a browser user-agent string. They are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure, used for security and troubleshooting, and retained under the host’s own schedule.
5. Cookies
The public site sets no cookies for visitors. There is no visitor login, no basket and no personalisation, so none are needed.
The site owner’s private admin area, used to publish articles, sets one strictly necessary session cookie, and only after the owner signs in. It is limited to that area, sent only over HTTPS, not readable by scripts, and contains no information about visitors.
The report form uses your browser’s local storage to remember the time of your last submission, purely to stop accidental repeat sending. That value stays on your device, is not readable by us, and contains no personal information.
6. Analytics
The site is built so an analytics tool can be switched on by adding a measurement ID to its configuration. While that setting is empty, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set.
If analytics is later enabled, the provider may set cookies or similar identifiers and process technical data such as approximate location, device type and pages viewed, in order to produce aggregate statistics. This policy will be updated at that point to name the tool in use.
7. Third parties
A hosting provider serves the pages and, if configured, a form service receives report submissions. All fonts, styles, scripts and icons are served from this site itself, so simply reading a page does not send requests to outside asset servers.
Where a page links to an external service, that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
8. How information is used
- To read and act on reports about listings.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To understand aggregate usage, if analytics is ever enabled.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
9. Retention
Reports and correspondence are kept only as long as they are useful for the purpose they were sent for — typically until the listing has been checked and corrected — and are then deleted. Server logs are retained under the hosting provider’s schedule.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, holds no visitor database, and has no visitor login or payment functionality, which removes whole categories of risk by design. The owner’s admin area is protected by a password stored only as a one-way hash outside the public website, sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and every change requires a per-session security token. Form input is validated and length-limited before it is sent, and nothing submitted is ever rendered back into a page as markup. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 14.
Because the report form does not ask who you are, we may be unable to link a submission to you unless you tell us enough to identify it.
12. Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes — for example if analytics or a hosted form service is introduced. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
