Start in the right place
Finding a contact and confirming a contact are two different jobs, and the order matters. Most problems come from doing the first one quickly and skipping the second one entirely. This page covers finding; the verification checklist covers confirming.
Step 1 — Try the official channel first
Before any third-party list, including this one, check whether the service itself publishes the contact you need. A detail read from the operator’s own channel needs no further verification. A detail read anywhere else does.
Type the address yourself or use a bookmark you made earlier. Do not start from a link in a message, an advert, or a search result you have not checked.
Step 2 — Search this directory
If you already have a fragment of information, the search box on the agent list page accepts any of it:

Results filter as you type. If nothing matches, that means the entry is not published on this site — it is not a statement about whether the person exists.
Step 3 — Narrow by level, if you know it
The filter buttons split the list into agent, master, super, admin and sub admin. Use them only if you actually know which level you need; for most questions the level does not matter. Step 4 — Confirm before you act
You now have a starting point, not an answer. Before sharing anything or sending anything, confirm the contact against the service’s own channel, compare the digits one by one, and ask the service whether the agent ID is active. This is the step that protects you, and it is the one people skip.

Two shortcuts that cause problems
Shortcut 1: trusting a forwarded number.
A number that arrives in a group chat or a screenshot has passed through hands you cannot see. It is the easiest thing in the world to alter by one digit. Always take it back to the official source before using it.
Shortcut 2: accepting whoever replies first.
If you post publicly that you are looking for an agent, the first replies are frequently from people watching for exactly that. Being contacted by someone is the weakest possible starting point — reverse it and go to the source yourself.
If you cannot find the contact you need
- Ask the service’s own support channel — they can route you correctly.
- Check whether you have the ID written down correctly, including leading digits.
