How to ask for a listing or a guide to be corrected, what happens after you do, and a dated record of significant changes to this site.
How to request a correction
- For a directory entry: press the Report button on that row. It opens WhatsApp with the agent ID already written into the message, so we know exactly which entry you mean.
- For anything else — a guide, an article or a page — use the report form or the contact page.
- Say what is wrong and, if you can, how you know: for example, the number the service itself shows for that agent.
What happens next
- A person reads every request. Nothing is changed automatically.
- An entry that is wrong is corrected; one that is no longer in use is marked not active or removed; one that should never have been published is removed.
- A mistake in a guide is fixed, and the article’s updated date changes.
- Reports are never published as accusations against anyone.
We cannot recover money, mediate disputes or confirm anyone’s identity. If you have lost money, contact your bank or mobile financial service first; the scams guide explains what to do.
Change log
Significant changes to the site, newest first. Routine edits to individual listings are reflected in the listings last updated date instead.
