The structure at a glance
Agent networks are usually arranged as a pyramid. Each level supports the one below it, and the people at the bottom are the ones who deal with the public. The labels differ between networks, but the shape is consistent:
| Level | Typically supports | Read more |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | The structure itself — records and permissions | Admin |
| Sub admin | A delegated slice of the admin function | Sub admin |
| Super agent | Senior tier supporting agents beneath it | Super agent |
| Master agent | Senior tier supporting agents beneath it | Master agent |
| Agent | End users directly | Agent list |
An important caveat: the exact order of the two senior tiers, and what each is allowed to do, is decided by whoever runs the network. This guide describes the common pattern, not an official specification — this site has no access to one.
What each level does
Agent
The level most people actually interact with. An agent handles individual requests and is the normal first point of contact.
Master agent and super agent
Two senior tiers. Both exist mainly to support the agents beneath them rather than the public, which is why contacting one directly with an ordinary question is usually slower than going to the service’s own support. The comparison table on the homepage sets the two side by side.
Admin and sub admin
Administrative rather than commercial. They maintain the structure — records, permissions, the accounts of the tiers below. A stranger claiming admin powers over your account is a warning sign, not a shortcut.
Where the agent ID fits
Every level is identified by an agent ID: an internal reference code that lets the operator tell accounts apart. An ID is not a phone number, cannot be called, and — crucially — proves nothing by itself when someone simply quotes it to you. It becomes meaningful only when the operator confirms it against their own records.
Finding a contact
- Search this directory by ID, name or number using the box on the agent list page.
- Filter by level if you know which tier you need.
- If the entry is not here, that only means it has not been added to this site.
- Whatever you find, treat it as a starting point rather than an answer.
Checking a contact
This is the part worth slowing down for. In short: go to the service’s own official channel, read the contact details published there, and compare them digit by digit with what you were given. Ask the service to confirm the agent ID. Never share a password, a one-time code, a PIN or card details with anyone, whoever they say they are.

Common mistakes
| Mistake | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Treating a directory entry as proof | An entry records that someone added it, nothing more. |
| Trusting a tier label | Labels are easy to claim and impossible for a third party to confirm. |
| Comparing numbers at a glance | Lookalike numbers differ by a single digit. |
| Acting under time pressure | Urgency is a technique, not a coincidence. |
| Sharing an OTP “to confirm identity” | The code exists to keep others out. Sharing it lets them in. |
