Velki Agent Verification ভেলকি এজেন্ট যাচাই

A practical checklist for checking an agent ID or contact — including an honest account of what this directory can and cannot confirm.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

What this site cannot do. Velki Agent List Directory cannot verify any agent, ID or number. We have no access to any operator’s records, no authorisation from any brand, and no way to confirm who is behind a phone number. Any website that claims to verify agents for a service it does not run is claiming access it does not have — treat that claim itself as a warning sign.

What verification actually means

Verifying an agent means one specific thing: the organisation that issued the ID confirms, through a channel you know is theirs, that this ID is active and belongs to the person you are dealing with. Anything short of that is not verification — it is reassurance, and reassurance is exactly what someone impersonating an agent will offer you freely.

The checklist

  1. Start from the official source, not from a link. Type the service’s address yourself or use a bookmark you created earlier. Do not start from a link in a message, an advert or a search result you have not checked.
  2. Find the contact details published there. Whatever the official channel lists is your reference point for everything that follows.
  3. Compare the number digit by digit. Strip the spaces and dashes and compare the raw digits, including the country code. Lookalike numbers differ by one character.
  4. Ask the service to confirm the ID. Give them the agent ID you have been quoted and ask whether it is active and whether it matches the contact you are speaking to.
  5. Check that the details agree with each other. Name, ID and number should be consistent. If one of them keeps changing in the conversation, that is your answer.
  6. Slow the conversation down. Urgency is a tool. A genuine contact will not lose anything if you take an hour to check; someone impersonating one will.
  7. Keep a record. Save the ID, the number and the messages. If something goes wrong, that record is what makes a report useful.

Requests that mean stop, every time

  • Your password. Nobody legitimate needs it.
  • A one-time code or OTP. The code exists to keep others out of your account. Sharing it hands over exactly the access it was protecting.
  • Your PIN or full card details. Never, on any channel, to anyone.
  • Remote access to your device. No contact needs to control your phone or computer.
  • Payment to a personal account when you were expecting something else, or a sudden change of payment route mid-conversation.

What a directory entry is worth

An entry in this or any other directory records that someone added it. That is all. It is not a check, a licence or an endorsement, and the absence of an entry says nothing either. Use a directory to find a starting point, then verify at source before you act on it.

If something has already gone wrong

If you have shared a code or password, change that password immediately and contact the service through its official channel. If money has moved, contact your bank or payment provider straight away — speed matters more there than anywhere else. If a criminal offence may have occurred, report it to your local police.

You can also tell us about a listing on this site so we can review and correct it. We cannot recover money or act as an intermediary, and we do not publish accusations — but we can fix what we publish.
