About this directory
What is the Velki agent list?
It is the phrase people use when searching for contact details of agents associated with the Velki platform. This website is an independent reference: it explains what the different agent levels mean and publishes the entries its owner has added. It is not an official list, and it is not supplied, checked or approved by any brand.
Where can I find the Velki agent list?
The entries published on this site are on the agent list page, with the same directory on the homepage. For anything official, go to the service’s own channel rather than a third-party site — including this one.
How can I search for an agent?
Use the search box above the directory. It accepts an agent ID, a name, or digits from a phone number, and filters the table as you type. You can also narrow the list by level using the Agent, Master, Super, Admin and Sub Admin buttons.
Agent IDs and verification
What is a Velki agent ID?
An internal reference code that a network uses to tell its agent accounts apart. It is not a phone number and cannot be called. The agent ID page explains the difference and what an ID does and does not prove.
How can I verify an agent ID?
Only the organisation that issued the ID can confirm it. Ask them through their own official channel whether the ID is active and matches the person you are dealing with. Our verification checklist sets out the full process. This website cannot verify any ID, and no third-party directory can.
Agent levels
What is a master agent?
A senior tier that generally supports the agents beneath it rather than the public. See the master agent page for how the role is normally scoped.
What is a super agent?
Another senior tier in the same structure, usually introduced as a network grows too large for one senior level to support. See the super agent page.
What is the difference between a master agent and a super agent?
Both are senior tiers above ordinary agents. Which one sits higher, and exactly what each may do, is decided by whoever operates the network rather than by any industry standard — so the labels do not mean the same thing everywhere. Neither label is evidence that a particular person is genuine.
Listings, updates and reporting
Why do some entries have no contact number?
Because no number has been supplied for them yet. Those rows are marked awaiting details and the contact button is disabled. Inventing a placeholder number that looked real would be misleading and could send people to an uninvolved stranger.
How can I report incorrect agent information?
Use the report form. Give the agent ID, choose a reason and add any detail that helps. A person reviews every report before anything changes, and nothing is published as an accusation against anyone.
How often is the directory updated?
Whenever there is something genuine to change. The last updated date shown across the site is edited by hand at that point — it is deliberately not generated from the current date, because a page that always claims to be updated today tells you nothing. See live and updated lists.
Is this site affiliated with Velki?
No. There is no affiliation, authorisation, partnership or endorsement. Velki Agent List Directory is an independent website. Brand names are used to describe the subject matter and belong to their respective owners. See the disclaimer.
Is it safe to contact a number I found online?
Treat any number from any third-party source as unconfirmed until you have checked it against the service’s own official channel. Whoever you are speaking to, never share a password, a one-time code (OTP), a PIN or full card details — no legitimate agent or support team ever needs them.
